TRRMS & CONDITION
• Visa approval is at sole discretion of the immigration officials. Once your visa application is submitted to immigration department, the visa application fee is non- refundable whether it is approved /rejected or delayed.
• Handling feel will be collected while issuing the ticket
• Guarantee deposit /ticket advance amount will not be refunded, one year after the date of receipt
• Guarantee must buy return ticket along with visa from trend ticket advance will not refund if ticket is purchased outside.
• After the issuance of visa from trend , should there be any cancellation request by guarantor, he/she should write an application requesting for cancelation of issued visa and will be charged AED 200/- As a cancelation fee.
• To collect the guarantee, deposit the guarantor has to produce the proof of exit – stamp on the passport.
• I agree on all above terms and condition.
UNDERTAKING
• I, the undersigned, do thereby undertake full responsibility of the visitor arriving UAE on tourist /visit visa sponsored by trend , that he /she will leave the country within the legal (permitted) validity of the visa from the date of his/her arrival .in the event of defaulting
/overstaying this condition I shall forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear all legal consequences.
• I shall be solely responsible for his/her travel, accommodation, food and any fine that maybe imposed by the authorities and any other expenses.
• I shall be held responsible for all his /her action and activities during his /her stay in the UAE. Sharjah airport travel agency (trend group uae) has the right to take any legal action against me if his /her activities are deemed prejudicial to its interest or public interest.
